Do not aim at the gap only when you reach it; align Papito early so the descending part of the flight arc crosses its centre. Keep your attention one opening ahead, because a late correction for the current passage usually creates the next mistake.
Alternating high and low openings require planned rhythm changes. Start climbing early toward a higher passage, then allow enough time to descend rather than forcing a correction at its edge. Treats are secondary targets: take one only when the resulting arc leaves room to recover toward the safe centre.
