Where the game comes from
Jumping upward without ever landing became the first big genre for phones with a tilt sensor, from 2009 onward. For many players it was the first game they steered by moving the device rather than pressing anything.
The rule is unforgiving in its simplicity: the jump happens by itself, the screen follows upward, and dropping out of the bottom ends the run. The only thing under your control is direction — everything else is reading what comes next.
